In the past 1st after standard switch off alarm beeps , and drain, a religious wash ceremony, 2 switch from pjamas to clothes. 3 pray. Now 1 dress, 2 run to train to job, 3 answer gag' questions on train.

1. Use the bathroom ( for the obvious and brushing my teeth ) 2. start a brew of coffee. 3. Exercise, usually strength training and short walk to arrange my thoughts and plans for the day.

Drink water with my multivitamin, stay in bed for an extra 20 minutes, then role over toast the other side of my body.

Coffee, take the dog for a walk, shower.

Let the animals out to pee, make some tea and get my stuff situated for whatever Im doing that day
