Should I accept this new job offer?

I'm unemployed for a year and a factory offer me a job ( cleaning the equipment and the machine of the steel plant) But recently a employee suffered a accident in the same job ( after two days that i did the job interview in the company) I'm not sure whether or not I should accept the position. I'm very scared. The job is to clean the equipment at the steel plant. But i'm unemployed for a year. I need the money.
