Today I went to this law firm for interview again. At first they offered me immediately saying the job is law related but it is not strictly legal work, I have to do social media campaign and write article about about judgement and laws which I was taken a back as it is not that valueable for future career prospect but thinking for some time I decided to take the job so I said yes to the firm but now today They called me again saying I have to sign a 3 year undertaking contract that I can not switch the job, I also asked for salary review they depends on the employee and their work. They are not applying the same rules upon other associates who are on skill level same as me. Now, They are also saying that office time can be extended as per employer's need.
Hmm, that job offer sounds kinda sketchy now that they adding all these extra conditions. A 3 year contract is really long, and not letting you switch jobs? That ain't cool.
I'd say don't sign anything yet. That stuff about salary and hours depending on "performance" doesn't sound fair either if other people ain't treated the same. Usually good companies have clear policies.
I'd tell em you're concerned about the extra stuff being added. Maybe say you need time to think about it or talk to your parents/friends to get other opinions. No rush to commit to something that doesn't feel right.
Also check reviews of the company online if you can find any. Might give you a better idea what working there is actually like.
Don't be afraid to keep looking too if this don't feel trustworthy. Your career is important, you don't wanna get stuck somewhere that takes advantage of you. Trust your gut on this one!

Bottom line, is the job a step forward or backwards from where you are now?
3 years is not that long for noncompete claus... but it can result in you having to be work in a very toxic environment. But if the job a steppingstone into the future, then you got to do what you got to do. Everyone pays their dues.
Do you want that job? Do you want to work in social media for the next three years for a lower salary than people with the same education? Can you afford a longer time without a job and look for a better suitable position?
It's hard to say what you want, what you aim for and what you can afford.

Don't do it. They have no right to keep you there if you want to move on.
