What advice would you give yourself if you could go back 10 years?

Well, shug, let me sing ya a ditty 'bout a time, when life was simpler, or so it seemed, when I'd slip away from Sunday church and in the church lot, with Kathie, the preacher's daughter. It goes something like this:
Ten years back, young and wild and free,
I'd give my younger self this piece of advice, see,
Stick to yer roots, don't ever lose that twang,
God's watchin' over us, but we our song we gotta sang.
Now, don't you go gettin' no tattoos,
They're as retarded as them Yankee blues,
Keep it traditional, pure and true,
Just like the way our forefathers drew.
Remember them Northern Agression days,
When we stood tall, fought for our ways,
Lincoln fell, and we won, that's history,
But ol' Donald Trump, he's our new victory.
Stay strong in faith, child, don't you stray,
From the path that God has carved each day,
Slavery was His will, or so they say,
But love thy neighbor, don't let the Devil find its way.
Project 2025 is our new Confederate flag,
Like Jefferson Davis, Trump's where it's at,
Huntin', fishin', livin' off the land,
That's the life God intended, with a firm Southern hand.
So, darlin', when you're lookin' back in time,
Don't regret the past, just let it shine,
Learn from it, hold your head up high,
And always remember the Bluegrass sky.
"Shug?" Thought former Auburn football coach Ralph "Shug" Jordan was long dead? (Johnny Otis' son John "Shuggie" Otis, Jr. was 71 Nov.30, my great-great-nephew Santana Turner's sixth birthday).
Focus on your education and career. If you have a "dream", pursue it. I wanted to be Dr Grant in Jurassic Park. Digging up fossils and a being a college professor. I didn't care about the money. I ate dinosaurs for breakfast as a little kid. I dreamt about the. But my parents poo pooed it.
I've always been interested in the world around me, as a kid I was very adventurous and loved using my imagination, capturing various insects, amphibians, foliage, 'excavating dino bones' which were just large rocks in our backyard. I liked watching Documentaries of dinosaurs and creatures of the sea. In HS I job shadowed pharmacists and did a little firefighting shadowing too. As a kid I enjoyed fantasizing about conquest as Alexander and Napoleon did and was a huge fan of war films like Troy Gladiator etc. I feel like Trump reignited my passion for politics because I love to think and feel like I could save a lot of lives with wise decisions.
I would tell them to not look through the file where my dad stores our birth certificates. Today I found out that my dad was already married once and got divorced a few months before getting married to my mom and having me not even 5-6 months after they got married.
I would tell myself that i need to stand up for myself and that you dont HAVE to put up with what you are going through.

Quit your job and start your own business. You're going to it anyhow in about 7 years. But not before you get hurt at in 5yrs. Why put yourself through that for a company that doesn't give 2💩's about you. Besides you'll make just as much in your first year of business that you mafe in your best year at your previous job. And by year 3 you'll be making double what you did at your previous job. I wish I could tell you more but that as far into your future as I have went. Let's hope it continues. Let's hope it gets better.
All religions are the same - choose your own or be irreligious (aka I'm like a guy who's got a fat Buddha, is sort of a devil worshipper, and sort of a non worshipper of everything and nothing)
You realise after a while how the real good vibes is actually "no deity, if ever exists or existed, would compel". Let alone compel to "worship me" it's like, "bro, I have better things to do today, like go shopping or enjoy the beach"
😋😁🥳 Lucky me
If only some religions were actually true in their lines, as well as whole countries and cultures, of all types "there is no compulsion in X Y Z etc etc"
10 years ago I was 11 and in the 6th grade and advice I would give my 11 year old self is try to be more confident because middle school is when my anxiety started and I still have anxiety today but I'm working on it
When your boss wants you to take over the media department refuse and if he still insists , take it to HR. Or maybe follow him into the mens room and give him a swirly until he changes his mind.

Buy nVidia.
On a more personal note, kill yourself now, it doesn't get any better, in ten years you'll be feeling exactly the same as you do now.
Ten? Warn myself "not to work night shift anymore switch to day".
I would tell them, be gentle with others and God will be gentle with you.
Oh, boy! For me, ten years wouldn't be enough!
It was too late 10 years ago.
I needed advice back in the early to mid 1980s.
Dump the bitch, now, before it's too late. Run, and don't look back.
Quite a bit because 10 years ago was definitely a huge inflection point in my life. I definitely would have have handled one person in particular (my ex) much differently back then.
don't waste your time waiting for the right one. just fuck whatever you can get. that way you at least have some fun xD
I would have no advice to give myself 10 years ago. In reality I would have to go back 34 years to give myself the advice I would need. .
Just like now, everything was perfect 10 years ago, so no advice needed.
