... except for air travel where I'm charged for extra luggage, myself being fit and unheavy :)

Where the obese have double my luggage weight carried for free in many cases.

Absofuckinglutely & on a plane if you are too big you will have to buy another seat & if there are none available you will have to book another flight.

On airplanes many do. The usual airline policy is that a passenger who can't fit in a coach seat must pay for two seats. If the plane isn't full, the airline will refund the second seat.

Yes!! If I was ride a plane and insist on bringing one of my bigger drums on to sit in the seat next to me, you can bet they'd charge me for the seat.

Yeah, mainly because you have to be a freak for it to get that far. Remember I'm 6'7 and like 330lbs and I fit in a seat no problem; A little extra legroom would be nice, but we make do.
