Maybe a bounty hunter for sex offenders would be a better use of time. You would end up just profiling legal citizens because they are brown and that would be unfortunate for them. Not just because they'd have to go through the hassle of having to deal with this, but because you are too broke to go after in the subsequent legal battle.

The states that pass these bills may have protections or certain procedures in place. I wish my state has a law like this. I would round up all those Guatamalans at the convenience store down the road.

If they don't speak English, they are likely illegal. But states may have a procedure for this. My state has a really good citizens arrest law.
