I'm reminded of the scene from one of the Pink Panther movies where Clouseau looks down at a cute dog and asks the nearby man if his dog bites. The man says "No." So Clouseau reaches down to pet the dog and it mauls his hand.
He stands up and says "I thought you said your dog doesn't bite." And the man says "That is not my dog."

It's a plain dog with a funny amusing design on its back, and the poor sod doesn't know about human fantasies. Of course I'd stroke the fellow... Nature plays tricks on us, but most dogs appreciate some attention ;0)

I would probably just stand back a bit and talk to him when his tail is like that. That's fear and uncertainty. He's stressed and it's a potential bite waiting to happen. Any dog will bite, given the right circumstances.

A 20 something guy should own him and call him “Woody” and then take him to the park to meet girls. I think I would just tickle him behind the ears. It would be creepy if he leg humps people though.

I became allergic to dogs about 30 years ago. But I still will pat them on their heads and hope that they will then leave me alone.
Was raised on a farm and always had dogs while growing up. Imagine that!

Dogs are the most lovable creatures around. They always try to please their masters. Sometimes they're too friendly. And some are vicious especially if you've done something wrong they sense it
