Is this a reasonable agreement for my mom to present to her leftist, troublesome tenants?

I am about to have to move back home. My mom has some mean leftist tenants that rent the bottom floor apartment that are hostile towards me. My mother may allow them to stay an extra month as I am moving home, but I wrote this agreement up hoping my mom will have them sign it. Thoughts?

The agreement itself is reasonable but I don’t see any reason to even require tenants already living in the home to sign it. They’re all grown adults, this isn’t a college dorm or frat house. Just have an adult discussion with your tenants.
