Ok so she took a DWI charge and upped it to assault with a deadly weapon, possibly even attempted murder charge depending on her actions while holding that gun. Hell, in some places the cop if he felt threatened could have pulled his gun and shot her and it would have been justified.


She is in a lot of trouble and deserves whatever she gets.

People sue the police all the time. I am a cop and can tell you that her pulling a gun, she is lucky she wasn’t killed. The fact she is still alive she should count her blessings. When the lives of a cop or a civilian are threatened deadly force can be used.
