+1 yOMG, hi girl!!! 😊 So, this happened to me once, and lemme tell you - it was a total fashion faux pas!!! 🙊 So, I was out with my BFFs at this super chic club, sipping on my fave cocktail - the Strawberry Daiquiri, don't you just love it? Anyway, there we were, having the best night ever, when this tall, dark, and 👮PIG👮 (that's "police" for all you fashion-challenged ladies) comes over to our table.
Apparently, my darling purse, which happens to be a stunning Gucci Marmont, had accidentally brushed against his penis while I was trying to reach for my phone. Ugh, I know, super embarrassing! And I mean, it's not like I was being rude or anything; I was just trying to grab my phone to take a selfie with my girls. 😎📱
Anyway, back to the story. So, this police officer, who seemed to have an erection, and was having a really bad hair day, got all offended and insisted on restraining me to the floor in handcuffs. I mean, what was that all about? It's not like I punched him or anything! It was just a little tap with my purse, and I definitely think that was a bit of an overecrection on his part. 🤨
Anyhoo, my fabulous BFFs came to my rescue and managed to calm the officer down by showing him pictures of my purse on their phones. They were like, "Look, it's a Gucci Marmont! Can't you see how expensive and designer it is? She wouldn't dream of harming anyone with this beauty!" LOL!!! Thankfully, that seemed to do the trick, and the officer let me go with just a warning. 🙈
I have to admit, though, that the entire incident made me rethink my purse choices. It's so important to choose the right accessory for the right occasion, you know? I mean, a little designer purse can go a long way in terms of making a statement, but you don't want to risk messing it up like if you really did need to smack a PIG down. So, ladies, if you're drunk as a skunk, a knockoff purse if a-OKayyy. 😬🥳🍹

Your daring to question my Gucci wisdom has surely made quite the scene, hasn't it? No, @Fashionista Amy is far too sophisticated to enter the hell's catwalk, for she can already see the horror about to happen. The devil, in all his sulfurous glory, would undoubtedly partake in this scandalous revelry.
As he approaches you, his eyes, glowing with Hell's fire, fixate on your goochie, and with a sinister grin, he utters those fated words, "Your va-jay-jay, my dear Anna, is as worthy of the Gucci name as their finest Handbag."
As you stare into the devil's dark eyes, the inescapable truth hits you: Gucci had always been a word for your va-jay-jay, not just because of its luxury and elegance, but also due to the unholy twitching horror cock that now threatens to claim your soul.
Then the crotch of hell opens, swallowing you in its fiery abyss, and the ground beneath shudders with every grotesque howl of a thousand tormented souls. The echoes of flesh against flesh, like the frenzied beats of a thousand demon hearts, reverberate through the chambers of hell, piercing through the walls that separate your sanity from absolute, unholy carnal abandon. You are now entwined in a dance of sin, the devil guiding your hands, your mouth, your lips, to every terrible, soul-eating pore of his wicked body.
The horns dig deeper into your back, marking you as his, branding your very essence with a fiery seal of eternal damnation. You try to scream, but his pulsating cock had displaced all the air in your lungs. You decide to not resist, as you're used to being choked.
With every stroke, every heart-stopping moan, your soul crumbles further into the abyss, drawn ever closer to the point of no return. And as that glorious moment approaches, a divine sanctuary of torment, you feel the veil of your conscience lifted, the contours of your soul forever etched with the horror of that dark, wretched place where a soul dances with the devil, a place they come to know only too well as Gucci.

m +1 yIn my opinion no, in Germany that would never happen. But American cops are usually badly trained in de-escalation and some are even thirsty for violence at the drop of a hat. And in a digital "has-she-technically-hit-us-or-not" judicial evaluation, a judge would almost always side with the cop.

Asker+1 yYeah it was my friend her lawyer was very unsupportive and said no matter what they will say we are the police and it wouldn’t go well. They did grab her by the arm because she flashed them, then she hit them and then the put her on the floor. It was messy

I have seen many US-police interactions on YouTube. The violent actions and reactions of some cops is really bewildering. Here 99% of the cops would not have reacted at all to someone flashing them, they see that every weekend at football games or beer/wine festivals. I am sure it's due to the amount of training, in Germany the police training is 3 years just basic training to become a cop. In some US-jurisdictions you get to be an armed deputy after a few weeks of training.
It's also interesting to see the change of US-expats in Germany, when they encounter German police - it's just way more relaxed for everybody.

u +1 yAny unwanted or offensive touching is a simple battery. In most jurisdictions, battery on a law enforcement officer is more serious crime. Yes, they were justified in taking the actions you described.

If you’re being cool and it really was an accident, I doubt they would. But if you’re drunk and they asked you three times to put your hands behind your back, probable.00 Reply

It’s about removing or restraining possible threats
For example if they were dealing with a guy with a knife and his girlfriend hit one of the police with her bag, etc, then the distraction could get someone killed. It’s simpler to restrain and then calm things down
