Actually, they are fantastic and cooking a thick pork chop. Just a bit of salt and pepper and a few minutes on the Foreman and it's better than restaurant pork chops.
It doesn't do bad with steak either as long as the steak isn't too lean. It's kind of a disaster for chicken, though.
I'm a guy who likes to grill, and in California, you have about 3.5 out of 4 seasons where you can grill outside, but during those few rough weeks in winter or early spring where you want to stay inside, a Foreman grill, used properly, can make some tasty meals.
Yes, I did back in 2008, but I haven't used in in a while, and I finely threw in in Recyling because I misplace the drip pan for it during a move.
I do think I may have had one of those grills way back when I don't really recall. But I might have.
Yup I've still got one and use it every now and then

Used to have one when I lived in the barracks which had nothing to cook with or on. Had to use it next to my room window to avoid setting off the fire alarms. I don't ever use one now as I refuse to do that to any meat I cook.
Yes, I hqdone of those. I used it so much that the black coating wore off parts of the grill. I think it finally died and I bought another one. I heard he made more money selling that grill than he ever did in the ring
Nope. I don’t even think an electric contact grill deserves to be called a grill. If there’s no open flame, it's not grilling. He should have called it the TKO Toaster.
Yes, I had a small one, big enough for one burger. Don't know what happened to it, probably got lost during one of my moves.
RIP George, a good man.
I was given a similar one for a Christmas Present. It makes Toasties too. I forgot I had it, perhaps now I'll make a few Toasties.
My parents bought one after the house fire when they had boatloads of insurance vouchers also a Jack LaLanne juicer but me and my brother got Gameboys
Yup, I own one Foreman grill (Small) and a huge panini grill. The Foreman grill usually gets grabbed first because it's easier to use and clean.
I've actually tried one before... but it wasn't mine
Yes, because I got it new one at a thrift shop. Don’t use it very often, don’t really like it
I had the George Foreman chicken, rotisserie Turner. It didn’t work at all. I took it back the next day.
I told him on twitter that he would have KTFO'd Mike Tyson and he liked the tweet. I use these grills their great. Egg in bread so simple yet so effective.
@purplepoppy No, never had one and never wanted one
Wow. That was soooooo long ago I can't rightly remember. I think the little lady may have had one that she picked up at the general mercantile and brought home with the horse and buggy.
They don't look like that, but yes, I have one now, it's awesome. You should research the back story on that!
Still have one, with removable grill plates. Sill going strong.
I heard he died recently so sad. I heard he made more money off his grills than he did boxing.
We had a small one decades ago. I don't know what happened to it
No, maybe I'll get one, can it be used for vegetarian dishes too?
RIP George Foreman.
I think I'm too Gen Z for this ☠️
I used to live off chicken breast on the Foreman.
I may have to buy another. Thanks George!
I think we had two or three of them.
