While both love and hate exist in the world, it's difficult to definitively say which is more prevalent; however, some argue that love, while potentially more challenging to express and maintain, ultimately has a greater capacity for positive impact and longevity than hate.
Here's a more detailed look at the arguments:
The Power of Love:
Love can be a powerful force for good, inspiring positive actions and creating a better world.
Love can endure and achieve more than hate, fostering connection and understanding.
Love can attract more love and create a better world for all.
Love is often seen as a more natural human emotion than hate.
The Nature of Hate:
Hate can be destructive and exhausting to maintain, often leading to mutual harm.
Hate can sometimes seem stronger than love due to its impulsive and reactive nature.
Hate can be easily propagated and can seem more normal in certain contexts.
Hate can be a powerful force, but it is often destructive and can lead to further harm.
The Balance:
Both love and hate exist on opposing ends of the emotional spectrum and can carry high intensity.
Some argue that the deeper the love, the deeper the hate, suggesting a connection between the two emotions.
Examples and Perspectives:
Nelson Mandela famously stated that "people must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite".
Some argue that love is more powerful than hatred, and that truth sets us free, forgiveness liberates both sides, and unconditional love heals.
In current situation there is more hate in the world than love. Now people can't stay neutral it's getting more and more difficult to stay neutral about the things we exactly don't know what is the real and whole truth behind it. Even when we don't have complete knowledge about it the social media, news, politician etc paint it in the colour they want it to paint. And for us it is easy to trust upon how they are showing then to use our brain to stay nutral.
There have been many such examples. Like about the war happened between Israel and Palestine. It was fact that first Hamas had attacked them and killed children and women. And soon after that attack the first reaction all over world we got that people praising that Hamas attack on Israel. But later when Israel started war against them them all and everyone started hating Israel. Why? Because social media painted it in such a way.
I'm not telling that Israel was right or who but we could be neutral also na instead of hating them. We are here 1000s Km far from that land. How can we trust these media as showing the complete picture of reality ground?
Also sometimes we hate simply because of no reason or sometime just we hate because we are not happy with our own life with our own current situation. Sometimes we simply hate each and everything just because our life has been totally bad.
It's very different to find love in current situation than hate. If we will see a beggar sitting on road side, for the first time the thought will come in our head of distrust, insecurity, than to love or kindness for them. If we meet some stranger we will think 1000 times before trusting them for our kid's safety. And all these situations insecurity, crimes etc makes us only to hate all.
there is a lot of love and plenty of hate and even more of everything between...
I'm lucky as I experience mostly positive feelings in my life :D
so for me there is definitely more love
Hate. Hate hate hate hate hate and it's not even close. You'd have to be literally blind to think otherwise.
If only humans weren't so hateful then A LOT of conflicts in history that caused hundreds, thousands, MILLIONS of deaths could've ALL been avoided.
And a lot of horrible things in history were frighteningly recent relatively speaking, in the last 100 or 200 years or so, considering humans have been around for over 300,000 years or so. Two world wars, slavery was accepted as normal, racism/sexism/homophobia/etc were seen as healthy and normal, mentally ill people were treated like literal subhumans, etc.
And a lot of similar shit like that still goes on today.
Even if things aren't as severe compared to long ago, you still have murderers and rapists, pedophiles, people who hate each other and treat each other like trash, people starving, animal abuse, wars in parts of the world, terrible world leaders, global warming, etc.
And a lot of people say things are getting much worse relatively speaking. That times like the 1990s and 1980s and somewhat earlier were a lot more pleasant, but after 2001 things became garbage, and after the 2019 pandemic become even worse again. And because of people being constantly on technology/electronics depression and suicide rates are going up because people are locked up inside instead of going out and interacting with people and getting sunlight.
So yeah. In short, lots of hate, not nearly enough love. I'd even argue the world is like 99.99% hate, only 0.01% love.

Today? Definitely more hate. I don’t see the love anymore but I definitely feel like I’ve been programmed to see certain things. The area I live in doesn’t help.
Agreed. don’t know how anyone can honestly pick love
I used to believe love was stronger, but experience taught me that love alone isn’t always enough. People can walk away, even when love is there. But I still think may b love exists more—just not always in the ways we expect
There's definitely a lot of hate. There's also a lot of simple disagreement or general justified or reasonable non-acceptance that is interpreted as hate.
Love obviously, we are just more prone to hate and every other negative emotion as a human specie. The idea of this existance is to dance with one's demons, understand 'em, fight back and come on top.
Hate for sure.
Definitely hate. It's what makes the world go round.
Both are exceptions, rather.
The average of "us" is indifferent, I think.
Hate that’s how the ruling class operates they have us fighting with each other instead of the ruling class,
Everyone's a Canadian and yes men nowadays 😂
Love. We're just more focused on hate.
Gotta say I disagree
It’s just my personal opinion. There’s nothing to elaborate on lol 😆
Lol, happy to be of service
@Valdemort oh, by the way you didn’t vote in the poll
I think there is more hate.
I wish there was more genuine love...
Hate, but we are taught hate more than love.
Dhhddhhddh
So …. What is your answer?
