What's the most annoying and best thing about looking younger than your age?

Nothing is bad about it.. I dread getting older.. 2 years ago someone asked if I was my sisters daughter and the look on her face was hilarious, since she is only 4 years older :D I actually don't look that young, I think I look my age but it's nice to not have all the guys being up my sisters ass anymore. I got asked for my ID in the casino as well so maybe in dimmer light I look 20 something lol. Also my ex when I was 33 said I look 25 or 26 and he was 23 but who knows if that was true. When I was in my 20's tho people honestly thought I was a teenager and when I hung out with my little cousins, my brother in law and my friends were like you look the same age as them lol.
Lol yeah it's not really a bad thing. I just get annoyed sometimes because I might forget my id in the car.
Then I go to the store to get tylenol... not expecting any issues. And then they are like, "you have I. D?"
Like what the hell... since when do they card you for that lol then I had to go all the way back to the car to get it.
Oh lol yeah that can suck..
I started to wear glasses going outside... because I was almost 30 and they still asked for my fucking ID... :D
when my son and later my older daughter started school I was asked to bring our mother or father... :D
and now no one believes I'm 47... :D
it was annoying AF... and being short didn't help at fucking all... :D
every one is tall compared to me... :D
I'm literally walking boost system to height insecurities :D
I guess it changes based on your life phase.
The best part is the obvious part, the vanity of it all😂 Few things in life thrill me these days like people being in disbelief of my age.
But then the annoying part is when they sort of acknowledge that your true age IS kinda old. That’s a dagger every time😵🗡️ And it’s only gonna get worse, lmao
Haha, thanks! I appreciate that! I always say it was bouncing for ten years and living nocturnally. Kept me out of the sun, shaved a decade off my face😂
I'd probably get carded at bars until 35 !!!
Depends on what age, and how much younger you look.. I remember my brother as a 20 year old was asked if he was graduating the 8th grade.. 😂😂😂.. So I would imagine something like that is annoying.. But as you get older you'll look younger for a long time.. So that's a good thing..
Nah, he just looked really young.. He was really skinny.. LOL..
He hated it.. 😂😂.. And he still hates it now.. I think I look around my age range more or less.. A few people think I look older most might think I'm around mid to late 20s.. Some think I look even younger.. I guess it depends on how I shave my face.. So I don't really deal much with that.. LOL..
Of course.. I totally agree with that assessment.. You definitely look younger than you are.. I'd keep forgetting that you're 34 if I didn't see the age in my face.. LOL.. And you have the body of an early 20s girl..

When people think I'm a child/teenager. It's so annoying especially when I'm out with my kids and we get mistaken as siblings 🙄
@Apple1996 yep! That right there hahaha
@Apple1996 start complaining when they start asking if you're the grandmother...
😂😂
At 70, I get told quite often that I look like I am in my late 50's, and there is absolutely nothing annoying about that!
Annoying in school brats pointed out i was "shorter". i only figured out i "looked younger" when i argued with the doc to show me the chart... in one year i had advanced tall, one year of an earlier age , but doc refused to admit he was wrong...
Good best is despite age 50, i can dump a gal and quickly attract others.
Since I have always looked at least 15 years younger than my chronological age I wish that more mature guys would have asked me out instead of just younger guys because it never worked out and it would always end.
I have been told by many that I look much younger than i am. Last summer when I told my boss I was planning on retiring he could not believe how old I was. He is in his 40s and he thought I was younger than he was.
I guess if I was still dating it would be an advantage. I really cannot think of a downside.
Best thing is that you look awesome. Worst thing is that you get overly young guys hovering and keep getting the same age-related come-on lines.
Well I really don't find anything I knowing about that... I mean I work as a university professor and most of my students feel apparently more at ease with me because I look you ever been my age. I really don't like taking myself too seriously I like teaching and doing it in a very humane manner.
I teach languages
I found it annoying that I would be asked for ID when I was in my 30s though my cousin (female) had the same and she was in her 40s (it may have been a way to get to know her name but she denies that).
I’m almost 40 but look mid 20’s, nothing really good or bad about it. My friends who are my age look their age, doesn’t change anything. But unfortunately I might look younger than my age, but I physically feel much older
Being told I look cute.
Being told I look cute.
lmfao.
I don't really care for it. I'm used to it.
i guess the best part would be you'll age much better and slower, you pull off more clothes longer, you can get away with more if people dont know your real age, you'll be hot for longer
the worsts would be probably being infantilized and not treated seriously
The most annoying is they still ask for my ID for some bars or clubs.
The best thing is just being young.
The only good thing about looking younger than your age is when you are in your actually considered old you'll look younger... Me on the other hand I pray I look younger when older but the fact I look like a 24 year old man at 19 I might be cooked.
Best things is getting compliment for it and people looking shocked when I tell them my real age, a lot of time stranger have told me I should be a model but when I tell them I'm too old for it they look shocked xD
Ther's no bad things about it, I guess it could be bad if I had a high position job but all the job I had were minimum wage one so nobody care how young I look in those.
The ID thing is annoying. I still get asked despite being 35.
Negative: People treating you with less respect because they think you’re younger
Positive: it’s nice to be told you look good for your age. And student discounts
If I see it as an option I try anyways lols
Just the hope that when I turn 50 I will still look 40!
Most annoying to me: to be considered one of the younger ones (in terms of life ''style'', or contemporary behaviour/thinking patterns)
Best to me: as the same-age ladies around me increasingly are getting boring... having options :D
Nothing annoying when ur looking like you probably 🤭
Annoying- when I would smoke cigarettes I would get lectured about being too young.
pro- I don't know lol
I'm not often mistaken for much younger than my age, but speaking from a friend's experiences that I've witnessed, one of the worst is getting carded for things well into your late 30s. Best is probably that pleasant response you receive from others when you have a youthful appearance.
I hate how people assume I'm in high school😭
I think it's not that annoying, I mean, it can be when you're younger, and you look like a kid... they won't let you in any night-club :P
Exactly lol
Fun story. I was drinking in bars & nightclubs since I was 16. Never carded. Friend of mine, 4 years older, always got carded. Ticked him off, but he never said anything since I was buying the first two rounds. This was back legal age was 18.
I was a target in highschool. Otherwise there's nothing bad about it.
I used to get that a lot, but now I pretty much look my age or just a little bit younger , I think the only annoying part about that back when I was young was constantly getting IDeed
Best thing:Ladies complimenting my boyish good looks.
Annoying thing;People a half-century my junior (21 like my youngest great-nephew) addressing me as "Bro!!!"
Annoying: I still get carded.
Best: People still think of me as a kid, so to speak.
I say feeling younger , worst thing people dismissed you cause we look younger.
It fuels my shyness, but it’s much better than looking older than I am would be.
Best thing it make me feel pretty lol worst thing guys never approach me lol
Looking younger than my age!
No, I do, then I it reminds me of how old I am!
Makes dating easier in middle age.
get asked for ID at bars
Nothing at all !!
