Should we use rapists for experimentation?

Instead of animals, we just do it against their will since they don't believe in the word no they don't really get a choice, not like it should effect them too much tho, they don't put such importance into the word no like us normies 💀

Like someone else said, what if the person is innocent. Recently a case took place in India where this lady was super toxic to her husband and started demanding few millions after she got a child and even stopped working. Even the court refused to listen him or even take a look at the proofs cuz apparently 'women are always right' and the judge was a sexist lady. His wife made the case worse by saying he assaulted her and disgusting stuff like that. That poor man was tortured so badly that he sent over all the evidence documents to his brother, recorded a video of 3 hours in YouTube where he explained everything and why he is going to suicide, and then suicided.

Indian law system is very light for this very reason, because what if the assailant is victim? Which again has it's pros and cons because it saved many innocent lives but at the same time helped many cruel people escape.

But then there are many more cases about people sexually assaulting other people of all age range. For example that Itihaashi Tatsuya case, 77 days in hell case, and obviously I can list out thousands of case from my own country including Nirbhaya case (one of the most deadliest rape case which shook the whole world), Kolkata case (also referred as Nirbhaya 2.0 by the way you know, this lady who covers crime documentary and runs this YouTube channel 'Rotten Mango' covered the kolkata RG hospital case but the Indian government restricted this video in Indian territory, which is kinda ironic), KIIT University case (so many suicide and molestation cases are still rising up in that uni but they're being covered over).

Obvious assailants from these cases escaped the law and are living peacefully among rest of us which disturbs me a lot.

My opinion is that judicial system overally needs to be stricter and more accurate. You don't hear cases from Dubai or Singapore because they're super safe cuz of strict laws. And this stuff should happen.

Hmm I would say no. As much as I would want to agree but I can’t stop wondering like what happens when an experiment goes wrong and this person dies, and years later is found to be innocent? And how are we going to decide which rapist gets this punishment vs who gets another such as prison cuz sentences vary depending on severity of case right? Thats why there are some murderers who get the death penalty and some get life in prison… why does one get to live and the other die, why don’t they all die or all live? I think the line might also get blurry as to if this sentence is also either motivated by feelings vs facts. And we alr seen that happen with people who get falsely accused and get death sentences bc the judge is in fact corrupt. Oh and also I want to add I feel like if that was to become allowed, they would humanize it… like right now it’s animals and I don’t think they care about putting the animals in proper conditions but if it were humans no matter how wrong they did they would still get those basic humans right which they do give to literal serial killers in prisons and then it will come back to the same thing again. That was a word vomit hope it made sense 😫

Well what they can do is if they feel regretful or not, there would have to be some sort of evidence with that but I'm sure we can figure that at somehow on how to tell the difference lol

That what I always tell myself; yea one day we should be able have like some kind of super technology where someone walks in a tube or something and you figure them all out for evidence for things like that but I don't know they should prolly first start by taking rape victims seriously and do thorough unbiased investigations which they don’t rlly do great with that yet
