+1 yso your talking castration then. if so then provided it can be proven that they did in fact did rape someone of any age. then they should loss there ability to reproduce.
while media tends to focus more on when men rape people. some women also do it from time to time themselves. it is just not talked about nearly as much. since guys are less likely to come forward about being raped by other people.
kind of like when people cheat on there spouse. men typically get the worst of it. even though both sides do it. just men cheating is more commonly put in the media. since guys typically will not talk about being cheated on as much.00 Reply

Is this yet another female demanding or suggesting harsh punishment for individuals who make their number one fantasy come true? I don't get how anyone takes your gender seriously on this issue. Come back when you've boycotted romance novels and rape pornography which glamorizes rape as something wonderful, erotic and that which every girl secretly desires. THEN I might take you seriously.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yPlease dont project your ignorance onto feminists. While I wouldn't be upset by male rapists being castrated, that isn't nearly enough.
Let's start by actually convicting rape in the first place, with substantial sentences, and crafting a culture in which women (or men) dont feel personal responsibility or shame for being victims.07 Reply
Asker+1 yFunny how you didn't say anything about female rapists.
Of course you don't mind only MALE rapists getting their sex organs cut off.
Opinion Owner+1 yIt shouldn't be that funny or surprising as 1) you can't actually cut off a vagina my dear and 2) the vast majority of rape is committed by men. The vast majority of men who are raped are raped by men. So if you want to focus specifically on a very small percentage of rapes to make some kind of pointless point, I mean, go ahead? But the point of my answer is that arguing anyone get castrated as a solution or even suitable punishment for rape is kind of pointless and stupid because that's not enough. This is America. We generally don't mutilate people for any kind of domestic crime anyway, at least not legally. Please research the American legal system and then get back to me.
Asker+1 yYou were for castrating male rapists. Now you are against it?
Also it is possible to cutt female sexual organs off. It doesn't matter how many female rapists there are.
Opinion Owner+1 yI never said I was pro castrating men as a good policy to punish rape. I said, "While I wouldn't be upset by male rapists being castrated, that isn't nearly enough."
Asker+1 yNot enough? What else should get cut off?
Opinion Owner+1 yI love how you side stepped the point about how rape isn't even convicted much and the cultural norms that make convicting rape difficult and create shame. You want to harp on whether or not some people think men (who make up the vast majority of rapists) should be castrated vs a small percentage of women who are raping. Do you have some affinity for male rapists? Do you adore them and want to advocate for their rights specifically or something? Such a bizarre posturing. Have a nice day and good luck my dear.
Asker+1 yYou are being ridiculous. I don't adore men or women. Let alone sexually immoral people.
You are saying that female rapists shouldn't get the same punishment as male rapists as female rapists are the small % of rapists.
I believe no one deserves brutal punishment. We are Christian. Cutting off any body part is not right nor civil
+1 yNo, I think they should have done to them what they did to the person that was raped. That way they'll know what it felt like.
04 Reply- +1 y
That’s a bit difficult because some of them might actually like it. I mean, if they wanted sex that badly, why would they object to more sex now. They would probably go along with it.
- +1 y
@13IsALuckyNumber I don't think most rape is about sex per se... But about power and dominating someone, nevertheless, depending on the genders involved, their punishment might be slightly different depending on what they did to the victim. For example, if a man vaginally raped a woman, he should be anally raped with a foreign object.
- +1 y
I guess that’s understandable. I see your side, but I don’t really agree with it. Agree to disagree?

@13IsALuckyNumber that's fine

(1) It is rape if an 18-year-old boyfriend has sex with his 17-year-old girlfriend.
(2) It is rape if she says, "I have to go home now" and the guy doesn't immediately stop. ***
(3) It is rape if a guy buys or gives her an alcoholic drink.
(4) It is rape if after the fact she changes her mind.
(5) It is rape if the guy is persistent, the girl didn't want to, but gave in because she didn't want to upset the guy.

Number 1 isn’t true. If she consented it isn’t rape.
- +1 y
@13IsALuckyNumber Statutory rape is rape since legally a girl under the age of consent cannot consent. You, I, and, in fact, most everyone knows there is a huge difference in the maturity of a 5 year-old and a 17-year-old girl, but according to the law neither are competent to give consent.
- +1 y
It’s not even called statutory rape lol. It’s unlawful sex with a minor. There’s also jack and jill laws that prevent the listed situation from happening.
- +1 y
@TonyBologna25 Statutory rape is defined as sexual contact with an individual who is below the legal age of consent www.ageofconsent.net/what-is-statutory-rape However, it is true that in some states, a "close in age exemption" exists. Therefore, that would not be rape in every state.
- +1 y
The law is titled unlawful sex with a minor. CA penal code 261.5. Satutory rape is a term that civilians used. Not actually utilized in courts. Means the same thing though. It also depends on what state you live in, but romeo and juliet laws are also a thing.
No, because first of all, it is possible to recover from rape, physically and mentally. Physically, it's impossible to recover from having a part of your body removed. Second, that isn't going to change what happened. Going to prison is the punishment, why does it need to be more than that?

+1 yYes but they also need to be seperated from normal society. I watched a show about pedophile priests and one guy knew it was wrong and hated himself for having bad thoughts and decided to cut off his penis and testicles. The result was it didn't change his feelings at all and because he had no way to masterbate his urges became worst. Cutting off there sexual organs doesn't make them lose desire it's in the brain somewhere I guess.

Asker+1 yMy brother told me that story but he didn't know that was a religious man
+1 yWell... hate to say it Marish01 but men already get their dicks cut off in some way. Circumcision is just that. As for the women it's well dull knife some cotton and some rope we are going to cut out all that stuff that make's you feel good.
If woman falsely accuses a man of rape then she should have everything cut out of her. Vagina and you name it. The law should go both ways.00 Reply
+1 yWhat would you do to a female rapist, cut off her fingers?

Asker+1 yWhy not?

LoL! It's just a bit extreme. I don't know.
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yWhatever the punishment is for rapists, it should be the same for those who falsely accuse someone of rape. It is a much more common crime that most people realize, and equally devastating to the victim. Until we as a society begin to take false rape accusations as seriously as rape, I honestly don't give a fuck.

The liberal agenda... trying to take down white men for over 150 years

"women's responses" there's only one person that said that
Asker+1 yA feminists called ne ignorant and then said she wants male rapists to get castrated. No word for female rapists
Asker+1 yMe...

No fine. No jail time. No criminal record. No sex offender registry. But you have to live the rest of your life without a dick.012 Reply- +1 y

That isn't funny to joke about men who gets raped by women. You are a total disgrace. You should be ashamed calling yourself a Christian.

@Exorcist_Rampage Who said I'm Christian?

Should still feel ashamed.

@Exorcist_Rampage Should I? because I don't

You find it funny when women rape men.

@Exorcist_Rampage No, I find it HOT

Why are you so angry at me? Were you raped by a woman?
- +1 y
You are evil. Liking it when people gets raped makes you evil.
- +1 y
Maybe I'll just mute the question.
Asker+1 y@Exorcist_Rampage 2 women raped a man which caused him death. Is this funny?
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yNo. That's barbaric and unnecessary. Use however much force is needed in order to capture them, by all means. Then imprison them and release them if they ever display sufficient rehabilitation--like with any other crime.

But it gets problematic for female offenders.00 Reply

Not just unamerican, unconstitutional.
No thats deranged.
They should just be sentenced to a lifetime of hard labor
Or they should be swiftly executed00 Replyno. innocent men are losing their jobs and being put in jail based on false accusation. you're proposing that we cut off their genitals too?

Asker+1 yThe question concerns rapists
Asker+1 yI fell empathy for wrongly convicted men more than anyone
