One of the many truisms I learned in earning my MBA. The problem comes when I get crappy, slow, expensive service from service providers who should know better. Case in point - we had an "experienced remodeler" come in to redo a shower. We literally had all the tile for the shower pan sorted, laid out, numbered in sequence to be laid. My 9 yo grand-daughter could have done a better job. Mr Fancy Pro decided to mix them up- for whatever reason- and not lay them in the order we wished. He will not be part of any further renovations. But I digress- In business, it depends on what area an entity is able to sacrifice to improve the "performance" of the other two areas. Reminds me of those guys who would spin plates on sticks on the old Ed Sullivan Show.
I mean, you can (generally) get 2 of 3 of the following for services:
good, cheap, and fast. So I generally prefer whatever fits the buck. mostly good and and cheap because I usually have nowhere to go at the current moment, and if I do, then I don't get a service done
McDonald’s in Canada is actually much better than McDonald’s in the United States, I’ve been to the USA on 3 occasions and every time I ate at their McDonald’s something was always off, the burger tastes way more processed, the nuggets were more spongy and not appealing. Etc… the only thing that remained mostly the same were the fries. 🍟
Basically though Canadian McDonald’s you get the best of both worlds, cheap and fast, while also being good quality for the most part.
Good is really important. If I want it done fast, I’m willing to pay a little more. Otherwise I’ll go for good and cheap.

Good and cheap but not fast. Never rush a tradesman; allow him enough time to do his job properly.
I'm willing to pay extra for fast but I insist on good
@purplepoppy you're that customer 🫠
I would LIKE all 3 and MAY pay a bit extra but usually things that need fixing aren't immediate so a time lag is ok.
The kind of service I want is where it’s quality of service over quantity of customers.
Something else - I get the service that I've earnt 😄😜
Slowpoke come at me 💖😛🐖
Personally I prefer good service.
As long as it's good and cheap, it doesn't have to be that fast.
I'll take good and fast
Good fast and reasonable.
I'll take good and fast, assuming I need fast.
Good and cheap.
