However, if that's out, then the power to adjust minds like in "The Adjustment Bureau" or that the character of "The Mule" in the last two books of the "The Foundation Trilogy": "Foundation and Empire" and "Second Foundation".

I want to be clear that I have no desire to be The Mule nor do I have motives like him. Mine would be to clandestinely influence major persons so that they would make the world and better and safer place.
