Should I upgrade my desk?

This white desk was given to me by a friend of mine.
I was thinking to upgrade it.
I know the picture is upside down does anyone know how to not have this happened?

I was also thinking about painting it

Many cameras and smartphones as sensors to tell what direction they are.
But if it for some reason doesn't work, there is usually a feature to flip the picture around.

Did you take the picture with a smartphone or a camera?

As for the desk, it depends on your needs. If you need more desk space or a different layout or such.

If you just want to paint it you can try that.
It looks like a cheaper/more generic desk. So it's not like you're ruining a valuable piece of furniture by painting it.
So go ahead if you'd like.
