First get a cable mangment thing
There is this super cheap thing stick to the desk and has clamps kind of to hold cables
You can also get this little arm you can stick to the back of the monitor for the headphone, so its not laying on the desk
For the mouse I do recomend a mousepad, just so it will not scrach the nice wood
Maybe move the screen back a little? hanging it like that in the air scares me a little, I mean it looks balanced... but not sure if something dont pull or fall on that base for it to fall be a real shame
Then beside the mess looks pretty nice, the wall deco is nice even that only see a little of it
I like how the phone shape works with the desk seprateor... thats nice
About the cables you can maybe also stick some of them behind the screen back with a cable mangment system so they be seen much less, and got less of a chanve to get a pull on, then you can also place things in that area for deco or just papers for when ever needed

For the screen, it's bigger than my desk by a couple inches but it's curved and has a weighted stand

Nice monitor. I like the desk too.
I'd personally would go wireless over time. Not all at once in order to budget it.
I'd toss down a cozy soft grey tone fluffy foot mat/rug for some bare feet comfort
I'd get a modern solid color (sheer white Grey or blue) curtain or shade.
And Perhaps a small low maintenance plant and led lights strips for along the desk or along the wall 😊.

The monitor is company furnished. It's gonna be hard to go wireless because everything has to be wired

Not bad but my brother has like a command center in his office with huge monitors, a server, and a monster CPU tower. He uses his closets for all the wires and he has wireless accessories like his mouse and keyboard.

Nice monitor. I think it would be more comfy if you got a mouse pad as well as a wire holder.
