Go to Jack In The box and get an order of three-piece stuff jalapenos and a Jumbo Jack with no mayonnaise or ketchup. Remove the lettuce from the jumbo Jack, take the three piece stuff jalapenos and put them inside the burger, and then take the buttermilk ranch sauce they have and use that instead of ketchup and mayonnaise.

I can't dumb it down to be nice. When I encounter people who either can't keep up in a conversation or who are just dumb as a bag of rocks, I can't (or won't) make myself dumb it down or slow it down to be socially correct / polite. I'll either never engage with them to begin with, withdraw quietly, end it outright, or walk away. It's literally painful taking forever to get past simple concepts or stopping every 2 minutes to explain something. Or trying to explain something to a person with no life experience who sits there with a blank look on their face. Or worse, being confined to mindless topics like makeup, fashion, food, and travel with a woman trying to chat me up. Unfortunately this is what happens about 90-95% of the time.
