Super fucked up. So let me just tell you what is stressing me out right now.

So this is my final year of high school and I want to score full or at least be the top in all the subjects in my classroom. And our batch is divided on basis of grades, so if I do well, I can be promoted to the 'Topper's section'. I'm in the second lowest section right now because I really messed up my 11th grade.

Anyways, I scored 19.5/25 in the physics test which was the top but I hate the fact that it barely touched 20, I mean I was sooo close. If I completed my answer sheet on time and double checked I could have easily bagged 23, it was that easy.

And then I worked super hard on my weak subject, chemistry but I only scored 12.5/25. The highest in our classroom was 20. It's weird because I felt that I did chemistry better than physics. Oh gosh I feel so dumb for that now, I had my hopes high for this one.

In math, my strong subject, I DIDN'T TOP! I scored 18/25. The top was 18.5!! It stressed me out so bad. Like I did everything my teacher told me to, I solved every question in my book like 5 times but because the teacher who was correcting my paper has some personal beef with me, I lost 4 marks which I deserved to earn. The only place I seriously did mistake in was those 3 MCQs and I swear I did everything else right. It made me cry for like the whole week.

Then I scored 23/25 in English which again stressed me out so bad because the highest is 23.5. like how am I missing the top position by.5 marks? And I could have scored full if not for those spelling errors which I did in hurry as I was running out of time. I wrote 'expect' as 'except', like that was so silly.

And I'm yet to get my economics grades but by seeing how everyone else has done in my economics class, I have a feeling I topped this one- unless they are lying about how they lost 7-8 marks. I have lost 3-4 marks because I messed up this long answer about Net factor income from abroad which was so silly because I knew the answer, just didn't trust my guts over my stupid brain.

And the worst thing, I'm not even studying seriously now, we have a summer break and I'm only studying like 8 hours instead of 16. And my screen time is 3 hours, look at me here, wasting time instead of doing those 11 questions of second chapter of physics. I am having internet addiction and it's not serving me well. If I need to get in that topper section I have to be the top in my classroom!

i had a better life when i was a teen and that's saying something because i was freaking depressed as a teen.

so yeah, not so great.

the only thing i am proud of is my job. i'm using my degree and i love my job, i make good money. i'm so happy to go to it each morning. that's more than i can say for my friends, who are the complete opposite.
