From a scientific pov, I wouldn't know, from a science-fiction pov, there's a lot of fascinating activity in this department. These shows are talking intensively about consciousness replication, as well as the psychological, sociological and philosophical consequences coming with it:

• Battlestar Galactica

Yes easily. Scientists have been creating behaviour mathematical models for decades. Wouldn't be hard to incorporate them into AI. The only reason your parents loved you was a line in their genetic programming.

I don't see why not? Human consciousness is a collective of psychological patterns that AI could be taught.

Though it would be more correct to say AI would develop it's own unqiue consciousness, not a human one. As AI will not have the same psychological issues as us.

For example death. Death to their concept would be vastly different, it's not a predetermined thing that looms over us to them. Though they will still have some idea of death aka as in breaking but then they could be theoretically fixed forever and never die.

No they will forever be robots in my opinion but I won’t be surprise if they are able to be use to manipulate humans for example a scammer using the technology for a perfect scam. Or a government or a political group using AI to cause havoc.

I actually saw. Think where they are using actual human consciousness to make AI, they use human brain cells and created a AI human brain basically.

I think AI can imitate human behaviour. But you'd need humans for authentic human behaviour, wouldn't you?
