I think I like more questions than answers actually. Since I usually like questions that I want to save and go back to, instead of following it, because I don't want receive notifications every time someone adds a new answer. I also just like questions and answers that I find interesting. But no, I usually don't unless I really find it interesting or strongly agree with it.

I use “like” when I mostly or wholly agree with answers people give and especially where they have taken time to consider , measure and structure the response.

I simply don’t read or care for responses that are just gut responses and less than a few lines where more is needed to explain thinking or opinion.

I also sense so many untrue responses where it’s inflammatory, divisive or to get attention

On a question i usually don't, i mean i tap like, to see if i am blocked and then unlike, because that is kinda like pandering for mho... and most askers don't even bother to give, despite they wwould get a ppoint for giving mho... I give likes to many many opinions despite i don't get points for marking like, but only if i actually like the opinion, if it gave a reason or something else i liked.

I click "like" on almost every question I bother to read unless it has a basic premise that I find offensive.

I click "like" on answers that I agree with.

When I ask a question, I "like" most of the answers in order to show appreciation for the person unless their answer was obnoxious or too retarded.

I never "Like" questions nor takes, and generally only like answers if they're particularly funny or insightful.
Meanwhile I Dislike anything that is even remotely flawed, stupid or questionable... knowing full well that no site actually bothers tracking / showing dislikes any more.

Whether or not I hit the 'like' button on someone's opinion often depends on how much I like the person who offered it, rather than the opinion itself.
