I've lived at my apartment for 7 years, it's affordable, no problems outside of a bug issue. Would you move for a change of scenery or stay?

Hey everyone,
As the saying goes, " If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I've been living at my apartment for 7 years now. It's affordable, I'm comfortable, and there are no issues besides a bug problem because the apartments are old. I'm having mixed emotions on whether I should move or not to something more upgraded with a change of scenery or if I should stay where I am?

The picture isn't my apartment. It's the apartment I've had my eyes on if I move
