Is $400 every 2 wks on gas a lot of money to spend?

I used to rent my own place to live when I was 24 and I lived 10 min away from work. I would spend only $50 a wk on gas and that would fill up my tank. Maybe add $20 more on weekends to go out.

ever since my mom moved far to a senior apt 1 hr away I spend $30 daily on gas to drive home and go to work. That’s almost $200 for 2 wks. $400. $800 a month. My checks are only $1200 ish. No wonder I’m broke.

also no I won’t quit my job and live with her cuz I don’t like that city and her senior apt is tiny like a studio. Have no room. And she’s a hoarder everything on the floor. I’m depressed. Even worse I’m 27 and never got a boyfriend that loved me and wants marriage so I’m the ugly duckling that’s stuck at home.

i love my job even tho I’m not rich everyone there works 2-3 jobs and I barley got a 2nd job I’m starting this weekend delivering food and giving rides.

i want go to school to be a dentist assistant but it’s hard as I hav no time with 2 jobs. And no parents won’t let me live for free they will charge me rent $600 to $1000 . My parents don’t own a home.

im trying live in my car and spend $15 a day on food so i can save and move out October rent my own home by my job.

So far this year as of July 29, my wife and I have spent $778.67 total on our two cars. This includes gas, one oil change and one license plate renewal. She drives to work and shuttles to the next state to see our daughter every couple of weeks.

I drive about 1500 km per month and it costs me about $200.00 for gas. I eat well and spend about $200.00 per month on groceries. I live in my own house that is paid for and live 5 minutes from work.

My mom lives far in a senior apt and she knows I live in car but she don’t care. x she said she wants die in that city and wants me quit my
Job and live forever with her in her hoarder senior apt that’s tiny.

I’m happy at my job so I will need live here find a studio for $1000 but I need live in car 2 months to save my money. And work a second job to afford rent as my car bill is costly

Yes it is. I wouldn't even spend $400 a year on fuel.

yes, that is a lot of money. I have a full sized pickup truck and I went through a tank every 4 weeks.

Wow! I don’t spend that much for the entire year. You need to find your own place to live. Will be difficult, but i know you can do it.

I’m living in car but I said I’ll spend $10 a day and spent $30 today 😞 I saved money on gas by living in car today but I spent by accident $30. Eggs for breakfast at Starbucks was $5 and I got a matcha for $6
Lunch I got a chicken salad at target $3 , $1 for a banana, $5 on a snack for the week. And the expensive thing was my water and soda $7.

And dinner a taco from Taco Bell $3

I’ll need buy a pack of water and soda for the week to not spend daily $7 on water and soda. And. no matcha. But orange juice is expensive to buy daily for breakfast.

Get a car cooler that plugs into your cigerette lighf socket and buy a 3 litre jug of fresh orange juice for $3.00 and don't buy anything from Starbucks as they're a rip off
