What’s the easiest way to verify someone is a human?

Question

We experience EMOTIONS (fear, sadness and anger count as an emotions too) and , we bleed, sweat, have skin texture, hair, go to the bathroom, need food, need sex and we menstruating “organisms” are humans too.

That is pretty simple to me. A fellow human calling another human a non-human is a collective loss of humanity. What’s next? Robot having sex with a human?

I don't think basing humanity on physiological responses is a good way to verify humanity. Most animals have emotions, even if they are hard to see, all the physiological responses of bleeding, sweating, having an estrus cycle are also heavily shared with other mammals.

I think the way you verify humanity is from an old archaeological viewpoint where they were digging up a prehistorical site and they found a bone that had been broken and healed, I believe it was a leg bone, which showed that this pre-human had been injured and the people in it group cared for it fed it and helped it heal. I think that empathy and the cultures it has created are what make us human. The altruism, the art, the construction of cities etc

1) awareness of self, aka having consciousness. This attribute is lacking in animals, plants, and AI.

As humans we have basic awareness that we're alive, and have knowledge that we will eventually die.

2) have a conscience. Yes, human has awareness of morality and spirituality. Even an atheist is aware of "right and wrong". Animals, plants and AI don't.

As humans we won't kill or eat another human. We bury our dead. We have "that voice" that praise or condemn us for what we do.

These are the two simplest way to know a human.
