Can you open a brand new pickle jar (or other similar jars) yourself or do you have someone else do it?

sometimesss😅😅 i have a special jar gripper cloth that i use & if u tap all around the edges with a knife first, or run the lid under hot water these can help!! some jars are just stuck too tight to ever be opened thoo!!😂😅

No. I have to use something (i. e a dish cloth) to open a jar. If it still won’t budge, I’ll give it to someone else to open. Silly reason to end up with a broken wrist. 😅

I have issues with pickle jars sometimes. It has to do with the size of the lids. The jars with bigger lids are more difficult to open.

@douride2 If you don't mind puncturing the lid with the back edge of a knife that should allowthe lid to be removed easily

I can do it myself. I tap all around the lid with the handle of a butter knife first. Then it easier to open
