I've just realized this year that I am a Highly Sensitive Person, and it really explains a lot about my personality. It's really helped me get to know myself better and why I'm the way I am.

Maybe I am..

Not cause I’m fragile, but cause I feel deeply..

I sense energy shifts, moods, intentions, even in silence..

It can be overwhelming sometimes, but it also helps me see people beyond their words..

I notice what’s genuine, what’s hidden, what’s real..

Being sensitive isn’t weakness, it’s awareness..

It keeps me grounded, intuitive, n honest about what I feel..

So yes, maybe I am highly sensitive.. but that’s also what makes me highly alive 🦋

To a certain extent, I am. I have a short fuse for people that annoy me. In the real world, I quickly shut them out of my life if possible rather than endure their BS and online, I just hit the block button. Why should I let someone's screwed-up existence ruin my existence is my general attitude.
