I found a lot I could relate to in this video.
https://www.verywellmind.com/highly-sensitive-persons-traits-that-create-more-stress-4126393
"A highly sensitive person (HSP) is a neurodivergent individual who is thought to have an increased or deeper central nervous system sensitivity to physical, emotional, or social stimuli."
Of notable mention is the suggestion for teachers to recognize highly sensitive children. It's not a choice to be sensitive, but a trait we're born with. Sensitivity is a spectrum, some are moreso than others.
The value in this post, is determining more of whom you are and learning to be your best self. Learning to engage with others, and for those whom are HSV... learning to protect yourself in a world that will chew you up if you don't protect yourself.
