That's hard. It's interchangeable between the first two. I might say either one just randomly with little thought. But I think nowadays because Gen Z are getting so dumb over clocks (no offense. But digital has overtaken analogue and many dont even know how to say it properly cos of looking at cell phones only) ... I more often say two forty five now. If im texting I'll even feel I need to say 14.45 so it matches what they see on their phones to understand lol
