I guess that would depend on whether or not I was aware of the change.

If I wasn't aware, I'd have no means of comparison.

If I was aware of the change, I'd be quite amazed, and then go on to hopefully, successfully, roll with the changes.

I'd mostly wonder how my thinking and feeling about virtually everything in the world might be altered from being that of a man's perspective to that of a woman's.
