Do you think gaming is waste of time or not?

I usually think that gaming is waste, cause we could spend that time for studying, learning a language, or anything outside.

But sometimes i end up playing a game

The point of life is to enjoy it. You are being productive if you are enjoying yourself. You don't have to always be improving a skill to be productive. Hobbies reduce stress and stress reduction drastically helps with mental and physical health.

Since i think i can go outside and play instead of being lonely at home and play computer game

Gaming doesn't have to be lonely. Find a gaming community. If it feels lonely and unfulfilling, dont do it. If it is relaxing and enjoyable, then do it. If you aren't neglecting responsibilities to enjoy a hobby, then it doesn't make sense to have guilt over enjoyment.

Its more than enjoing usually for me
But i can't stop it if i start
Then i feel like i miss doing things outside
There is real life outside, when i play computer game i feel like i miss real life. I miss my potential
But when i study, learn things, it makes me feel i will do important things in my life

Im very disciplined. I don't eat sugar, I exercise 5-7 times a week. I have many hobbies I enjoy guilt free because I already front-loaded all of my tasks. Im also a very curious person and an avid reader. Thus, how I know about important managing stress is for you health. Or how playing video games can be good for your brain as well. You can try to mix skills with a hobby. I shoot firearms as a hobby, which is also a useful skill. Before I was injured, I trained mma as a hobby. Before i had kids, i used to build rc helicopters. It taught me a lot while i was having fun. Mix a hobby and a skill if you have weird guilt.

Not necessarily. Like you could play a game in a different language if you wanted to learn a language or a game can be philosophically educational and some are simulators.

Its mostly waste of time though.

Only people who have self guilt for lacking in accomplishments would have that pov. If you had a nagging parent growing up, it imprints on you and makes you feel guilty for enjoying things that are perfectly okay to enjoy.
