My mom has a different version of this, it was her elbow. She calls it 'Khundha'.

When me and my sister were toddlers and being naughty then my mom would show her elbow and shout, "Khundha debi?" meaning "Want a Khundha?".

Cuz she is a good mom, it was all just empty threats, never received a khundha in my life :).
