Ok, so , we like to binge watch cult films sometimes and I have to confess that one of my all time favorites is Natural Born Killers.

It is just such a twisted Romeo and Juliet type romance and so well done and acted with all it's psychological twists and turns. It just touches my heart and makes me feel all warm-n-fuzzy inside since I do so love romance and happy endings. But then I realize I am rooting and cheering for sadistic serial killers and I start to question my own psychology, human values and morals or lack thereof. Isn't it just amazing how media can shape our perceptions?

So, anyways, then I feel all guilty and immoral and stuff but then I do it anyways, kind of like when I eat almost half a box of chocolate ice cream in the secrecy of deep nite, and then I ask, Do you ever feel bad for liking something?

I feel wrong for liking stuff and being certain ways but thats just justification that I know right from wrong.

Drugs were my thing, I dont feel bad for enjoying drugs, I feel bad for not being able to control myself and letting myself get lost in what I liked.

Its possible to like something without giving into it, Or getting lost in it. Then liking it isn't so bad anymore. The trick is what you said knowing what we like is "bad". Its Not the world we would want to live in, but pretending is still fun 🙃

Growing up I’d try to make conversation with people who might have similar interests, but they would push me away and not talk to me so I ended up being a “recluse” of sorts.

Hiding away my interests, hobbies, etc. rather than wear them on my sleeve.
