Please dont tell me things like everyting is possible š
I know some females are able to lift even much more but Im thinking if its realistic in my case.

look at anatoly or others. you may have to train differently.
at 21, you aren't even fully development mentally. I'm thinking so. I did more pullups at 50 than when I was in teens. Like that matters, point is, you can maintain strength and get stronger.
There is probably a limit but beyond where you are. If your kids were stuck under a 2000lb car, you'd lift the car no problem. It's partially, a mental/emotional challenge.
Get "double dog mad" at those weights!!!
I say goal 520lb... and then take up golf!
ps... id stop at some point, like 25. and back off. all that will turn to fat in time, so take up a new sport and tone it down. or do the olympics and wrestle alligators in florida.
Is this going to be your life? I mean weight lifting? If not then be happy where you are. Weight lifting has benefits for some things but only some things. You build big muscles but loose flexibility. Balance⦠thatās what you should be striving for. Too much of one thing isnāt good.
Hard to tell. Even harder when you are using pics of someone else on here.
Definitely possible. Amazing. So proud of you !

You might be at your limit for your size. To lift more you would need more muscle mass. Your infrastructure may not be able to handle that much weight either.
My goals was to bench 315 and I weighed 175 pounds. I was running marathons too and did not want to get any heavier. As hard as I trained I could not get past 295.
Well your question proves you can do it keep your head where you have it and your thoughts where you have them and see it happening and you will achieve it you've already proved that many times to yourself so keep it going
I've put up 220kg @ 2.47x bw
It's hard to judge from the photo, what are you, less than 75kg? So 200kg would be like 2.7 to 2.8 x bw. That's incredibly high for a woman... it would win many local tournaments.
Go for it!
Well that certainly helps. It will still be an impressive accomplishment.
I found the biggest problem was staying healthy. A single bad lift can put you out of heavy work for a few weeks.
I was 38 at the time. I'm not going to put those numbers up again. Still like moving the iron around though.
That is extremely impressive. Especially considering the most Iāve ever deadlifted is 465 pounds. If you keep at it Iām sure itās possible⦠but you should definitely take a minute to be proud of hitting that number before wanting even more. If you try it and fail enough times and it just doesnāt feel like you are progressing then maybe you have reached your limit⦠and even if that is the case you should still be extremely proud of yourself!
What's the point? Just stay strong and fit. You don't need to be the strongest woman in the world, there's always going to be somebody stronger than the last strongest person. There's no need to hurt yourself trying to push the limit.
I think you need to build up some muscles first. All good things will come if you put the work in.
Well there's a trade off between lifting more weight and looking feminine.
I have always wondered this about weight lifters. When is it enough? Seems like when people get into this, they want to get stronger and stronger and stronger.
Yes, if you keep at it you will eventually get there
Possibly but is it healthy?
It's not worth doing it if if causes irreparable damage, look at Derrick Crass
you are serious.. 180 kg.. woow who are womann :D
Hard to say without knowing your routine. And how hard 180 was for you
You can always push yourself. Maybe if you train harder with this specific goal and work more on your technique. Distribute weight around your arms better. Time your lifts, etc... But I think it will be a while before you hit 200
Dont worry you're tall and strong and youāre 21 my short 5ā7 dad is strong he lifts 90 kg heās 38 and he weighs about 85 kg and you look like you weigh more let us know when you lifted 200 kg
With consistency, hard work and firm belief, anything that is possible is possible.
Of course your can but 350 is impressive for a woman
There is a point that you push yourself so much that you risk hurting yourself.
Yes you are soo strong
Why are you asking us? Just to show off?
you mean for reps or just single rep max?
Likely. You're already a powerful woman.
OK. Are you trying for the 2028 Olympics?
Thats a lot, but you can do it!
Incredible lift
Yes it is how big is your biceps?
Yup you can do it less go girl 😘
