Given that the budget for a last meal is somewhere between $15-$40, depending on the state in which you are executed and that the meal has to be prepared in the jail's kitchen with the available ingredients, your choice is pretty limited.

Assuming that the budget for a last meal is $15 and that they don't carry caviar and champagne, my best guess is that it is going to be some kind of soup followed by some French fries and a dry piece of chicken. For dessert, most likely a dry brownie that has been sitting in the fridge for a few days.
