What I've noticed is that I'm not sending the same emojis nor the same amount of emojis when I'm in a public place or a private one 😏

What I've noticed is that @fonduegirl refrains from using positive emojis because she's afraid of loosing some of her precious badass-edgy-youngster points 🤓. You may also noticed her using sneezing emoji for no apparent reason.

What I've noticed is that chatting on discord with someone using an apple phone may give some misleading scenarios, since iOS automatically replace Twitter/Discord emoji set with Apple set 🤦‍♀️

What I've noticed is that g@g is using his own set of emojis and I find them impractical, much too small, and sometimes even weirdly designed (the thumb up one in particular is ugly lol) so I'm using way less emojis when I'm on g@g than on other platforms, because they're basically 💩

What I've noticed is that I rarely use emoji at the beginning or in the middle of a sentence, I use them as period. I find it more visually appealing this way 😌

I've noticed the guys I've spoken to adapt and send me emojis after a while, even though they did not to begin with.

I don't mind if men send emojis only to women. People communicate differently in different social circles, that's only natural. But if they refrain because they think its gay, I think it's weird. I find it less masculine to not do something you want to because it might seem gay.

I suspect some generational aspect when it is about what emoji is being chosen instead of another, I don't think younger ones use less emojis but I think they're using specific ones to stand out. I also believe they're prone to use negative ones to appear more sarcastic
