Alone I can live in a tent if even that. I was in the military and I've had to deal with less than that. That tiny house looks like a fucking mansion to me. I'm also not just randomly making up an answer to this question... check out my Van life plans..

The desk folds down and the bed is a murphy bed to make room for my fold out weight bench... a little space with it's own gym.
It's reality as well. I'm looking at breaking out of married life and starting over. Oh... houses are like half a million dollars now... rent is looking close to 3K... both would leave me stuck in one place probably living with the EBT community. This is a solution in my mind.
Yeah I can easily do it because I am doing it right now. 3 by 8 metres - 28metres squared.
I designed it all and got builders to build it. It's cozy and nice.
Features:
2 seater couch recliners
5.1 surround sound - I know overkill but still
TV on wall mount - love it get good angles for guests and stuff.
Ethernet 6a in the walls - cleaner that way
Fireplace - love the heat and ambience of the fire.
Nylon carpet with memory foam underlay - feels so good.
Kitchen: dishwasher and convection oven that can fit 2 standard pizzas (not American standard probably)
And the rest is standard
Yes. I was thinking about moving to a tiny house. I could not give enough things away. That would not be the biggest thing.
Buy the ground, all the costs to get the permission to built it and and and. Too expensive for me.
It would definitely help to own the land it's on. Some people put them on their parents or a relative's land.
To me: it would be frustrating. I'm used to big open areas and big farm houses. So I couldn't live like that

You could do your living aside of the house. I can vouch for AR glasses... so you don't need a big TV and ancillaries. Your phone and AR glasses are great as a home entertainment system.
That is a big space saving. I'd want a shed; a man has gotta have a shed. A friend put his shed on wheels to over come some annoying Council restrictions.
I could amp that up to road wheels but maybe the company that makes these houses also does sheds and is way ahead of me.
I dont need much space I could live in a tiny home. My thing is I need it not to move! I need to feel safe and like this spot is my spot. Even if the spot is just a tent in the woods. I need to know everyone around my tent. I would not feel safe if someone else could hook up to my house and drive off with it while I was taking a shit.
The photo you showed absolutely! It's much bigger than my New York City apartment when I lived there. However, some of the other tiny houses are just for vacation. I stayed in one in Montana a few years back, it was a fun experience for two nights but definitely wouldn't work more than that
I suppose it could be claustrophobic for some. 😵
Yeah, I could do that. It's an advantage to be done with house cleaning in 30 minutes.
Sure, just get out the leaf blower and clean it out.
If I had to it would be better than what some people have. It wasn’t that long ago I came out of a restaurant on a very cold night. As we were driving away I saw a guy sleeping on the concrete in front of a gym. I gave him some money. I suspect he would live in the tiny house and it would be a palace to him.
for myself and only I, yes
yes I could... especially with an outdoors like that
for cohabitation though, I think it would not be enough for a family
It does have it's limits.
now that you mention that... my only concern would be height
I'm 6'1" which is not that tall either but... I definitely need some clearance off my pumpkin, lol
and a long bed as well
Yes, I think so. I would spend most of my time outdoors anyways
Long as it's just me, I can make do and just build exterior shit if need be.
No. I need my space. I own flats which are closer to city center but I prefer to rent them instead living in one of them, because I feel cramped on 50 m²- 70 m² living room.
I guess that'd be okay, if and only if, I also had climate-controlled outbuildings in which to keep and use all of my stuff that doesn't fit into the main, tiny living quarters.
Yes I could, I'd prefer a small house over a tiny one but hey I wouldn't be complaining of I ended up living in a tiny house.
I can do it in a heartbeat but right next door to it would be a big giant shop at least 100 by 40 ft by 30 ft High
Wow, put it in your shop.
That would be a very good idea but I want that sun light to be hitting is. And in the shop you can weatherize it or you just have a metal building And then the summer it does get hot in the winter it does get cold But That's a good idea because You could have Big sliding glass door On the outside of the shop to enter into the home And just weatherize the part that the rest of the home is sitting in that's a good idea with a big slider too something to think about
The little house we live in now is only about double that size, so , yes, I could but I'd need a greenhouse too 'cuz I love my plants.
I am now living in under 100 sp ft & am thinking of down sizing. If that ting home was on one level I could do it. Only if I can keep my garage though.
Me alone? Sure, though would like some storage elsewhere, garage/She'd.
But my kids would fill that place up to bursting
IfI was living alone it would be okay but living with somebody elee, I really need my space.
I get that. Especially if they snore loudly.
I'd rather buy a bigger trailer, and that is definitely not bigger than a 5th wheel trailer or motorhome
Some big things come in small packages.
But you would need an expensive tractor to pull it. You may as well just buy a house.
True!
It depends on how big it is. Do u no the length n width in ft? I would make shelved. The problem is the rent 4 land wood b 2 expensiv.
It can only be like 8 or maybe 9 feet wide to fit on the roads.
I don't think I would like it, but I might be able to live in it if the alternative was sleeping on the ground outside.
Just like camping. . . or being on a cattle drive.
I probably couldn't. At some point In would get the feeling the walls close in on me
My house isn’t much bigger but I’m by myself so it’s ok for now, it less to manage and cheaper taxes than everyone else’s home in the area
No way never, and I’m claustrophobic perhaps
Can you last through an MRI when you are inside the machine with your head clamped so you don't move?
I have a small room at work, but it’s okay, I have a bed and dresser
I don't need a ton of room, literally a half level of a house is enough. A bedroom, an entertainment room, and a kitchen serve my needs.
Easily. I love simplicity.
How many rooms is there inside?
Probably two. Bathroom and the rest. The sleeping loft is usually above the bathroom.

If it's for a couple than yes but not suitable for a family...
It will be a heaven for someone who can't afford a house or for someone who is homeless...
Sure, if I were on a desert island.
Probably but depwnds on the location tbh
That's the good aprt. If you don't like the location you can easily move it.
Nice 👍
No. I need my space and toys.
Sure i can that's easy to do
If you had to you could but dont want to
Nope.
