When was the last time you met a real-life hero, and what did they do for you?

Before I started writing my question, I clicked "off" the I. A. setting.

My Question, was something like, When was the last time, a Hero helped you, and what was it that they helped you with?

I wanted to know, "that last time"

my update I was gonna say for later was, I'm all for huge details.

Thete has been a lot of times whete someone helped me. They won't be forgotten. The last time was, last year. My close girl friend (family) her grandson, got something out of my throat. It had closed off my breathing. He just took charge, not freaking out or I dont know what to do. That is a Hero.
