Ahh, my bucket has a hole on the bottom and everything I had put in there simply disappeared...

I have a few things on my bucket list that I have managed to accomplish but I think I need to upgrade my bucket to one with a little more capacity. So many things I want to try but I could not because my studies take the best of my spare time.

When I hear stories from my granddad that was able to see so many places where tourists had not yet visited, it makes me feel like exploring new places. Alas, it is now very difficult to find a place remote enough that has not yet been overrun by tourists.

Traveling is not the only item on my list. I have the official list and the secret list... 🤣

I always create them. Things are always getting crossed off. One that I've been waiting for a while while finally be checked off soon. I'm so excited 😊 🤗

I have not actually made a physical list of any type but a mental one. At this stage in my life I am focused on my career which is pretty young at this point. Then currently I have some things going on with my partner and her health that require quite a bit of attention. So to even think about checking mental boxes of fun things I want to do in life isn't very realistic at this time. I do have some things that I would like to do and most are related to travel. There are some places I want to visit and some that I want to revisit given the chance because they will bring back some fond childhood memories for me. Many are very much achievable and others are a bit ambitious. I always look at this sort of thing with the reality that I will likely be able to do 50% of them at some point. It is nice to dream though.

I've checked a lot of the boxes. Still have a bunch left. I keep a list here's a few I still have to do 😂

I still want to build a car starting from just a frame.

Learn to drift a motorcycle

Pay off a politician

Work on a deep sea fishing boat for 6 months (Jesus, I hope it's not too late for this)

I have things I wanna do.
And I know tomorrow is not guaranteed for any of us.


But making a list and checking it off feels like it takes away the joy of the activities because we’re only doing them just this once and soon we’re gone

i have lots of bucketlists, actually i use an app for them and have a couple running every month. but i don't have a specific one of stuff to do before i die
