It's a pointless power to me. Yeah granted you can read the minds of everyone and get to tell if they are lying to you or not, but other than that, what could you really do with it?

I think there are far better powers involving the mind like mind control or being able to talk to people using your mind.

I don't see what would be so good about reading the minds of others. It would just get annoying in my opinion.
