What should I wear to an early morning casino date without heels?

I don’t have pics of the white skirt outfit as I need to buy it I saw it at the store and thought it would be perfect for a date

it be early morning when it’s still dark outside. Semi cold semi warm. I don’t own heels. I would pair it with a white mini purse.
