How can I cope with constant gossip and jealousy at work without quitting?

Is this life forever for people at jobs? Forever rest of their life at work gossip drama mean girls every single day of your life?

I work full time and there’s a lot of people at work guys and girls and like always people are jealous of how you work, if you are good worker, if you never get fired. I just want to work make money pay my bills but I can’t work in peace. There are mean girls staring at me all day at work gossiping and now trying spread gossip to all the boys so they can not like me.

i can’t quit as all jobs there are annoying assholes and gossiping. I have bills to pay. You have to be lucky to work from home.
I feel depressed and don’t want to see people. I do picking so in a way you don’t need interact just walk around alone but still by doing that be lowkey , you get people staring drama and gossip and cannot just quietly go to work and go home.

Actively ignore it. I know. Easier said than done.

Pay attention to the conversations you're having with yourself and take notice when you're focusing on things that make you spiral into anger or whatever negative emotion you're attempting to avoid.

Identify the thought pattern and gently pull your mind onto something else.

Emotions are a by-product of your thoughts. If you can work towards controlling your thoughts or at the very least negating the worst of them, you'll be a lot happier.

It's a process that will seem all but impossible when you're starting out but don't give up on it. If you do that over and over, eventually it becomes second nature.

It might take you years if I'm being honest, but one day down the line, you'll find you're a much happier person than you used to be and none of that non-sense you're struggling to cope with today will mean shit.

Because yes, that is life forever at jobs. It'll eat you up and spit you out if you let it and you'll end becoming someone that hates everyone and everything.

Good boundarying is important. If people overstep a line they need telling firmly.

But it's hard not to get sucked into it. If you have negative thoughts about people, or you feel resentful and bitter, it contracts your consciousness. It hurts you.

I struggle with this at work.

I cannot stand the people. So small minded, always starting drama. Rudeness aplenty. Yes, I'd rather work from home.

One thing that helps is to have your earphones in. I have mine in for at least half the day.

It’s hard. I’m having similar issues but luckily this cocky b isn’t in when I’m in which helps but the anxiety is always there incase her shift changes.
Depending on what you do, where you work, try to ignore it and think about your finish time to help get you through it. If it gets too much, speak to a manager.
