I have a new great job and the person that's supposed to be training me isn't that great compared to what I've seen and heard while seeing the other new person get trained.
I overheard my trainer (same job title and been with the company for 7 years) talking about me to a patient. I heard the first part "I don't like her..."
I also think some of them might talk shit other times as well. Yet no one seems to have anything smart to say about the other new person. She's an RN, learning the same things as me and literally asks similar questions as me when confused. In fact her trainer (also same job title as me- only there for 2 years) kisses her ass which I assume is just because she's a RN.
There's an obvious difference in how they are towards each of us and I don't appreciate it. I was debating speaking with the substitute administrator but wasn't sure how to bring it up. There's also the risk that theyl l defend each other or it'll them vs me because they've been there longer.
