My free time is worth more than 1.5-2 times my hourly rate. I decline 100% of voluntary overtime and challenge 100% of “mandatory” overtime claims.

nope, overtime is strictly regulated in Germany and not paid in Poland

I do 70 hours a week as standard sometimes I do more but I get paid the same regardless

If have the physical time to do overtime, I will. Now that I'm dating I have a lot less time to work, buy I spent two years working an average of 16 hours a day lol
