How often do you ask yourself the question: what if?

Not often, because it makes no sense. Only one person I loved and imagined a future with, started to threat me badly at some point of us being together and IF i didn't dump him in moment I did, I would dump him later.
IF my mother didn't drink hectoliters alc to fall asleep and her pancreas didn't turn in cancer cell factory, my life would be easier but I didn't have any influence on that...

even if fully convinced and determined, still worth for a quick-what-if... I better check-out before fully going... lol

What if it wasn't that often?

I know someone who would tell you that I don't do what ifs. But it's not like that. I'm interested in what ifs, but mostly when they are plausible.

What if I was interested in all types of what ifs? It's complicated.

I do ask myself that on occasion. There is one particular lady who I dated during my last year in grad school who I sometimes think about in terms of "what if we stayed together after college and became a couple?"

Too often. I keep telling myself I shouldn’t. That’s envy is the road to sadness. But I can’t help it. My mind loves to wonder and so it reaches a bunch of what ifs very easily.
