How often do you experience envy?

Never! I've never been envious or jealous of anyone. I don't know why, I just don't go there and never have my whole life.

I know that people have tried to make me envious or jealous of them but I just don't feel that way. It probably pisses them off that they don't phase me at all, but I don't see any reason to feel that way.

I'm not sure why I have never had those feelings, but now that I am thinking about it, it's probably because it's the simple things in life that I enjoy and get my happiness from. It doesn't take much in life to make me content.

I'm not a big dreamer and don't desire material things. Not anything big or expensive.

But some people thrive on trying to make even their friends envious of them.

Like my friend from high school who just got married. She sent me the picture of her wedding rings and said that she designed them.

Yesterday I received a picture of them at their wedding together. Then she added that they went on 5 cruises to 5 Polynesian Islands for their honeymoon.

Now she knows that my boyfriend died 2-1/2 years ago but does she ever ask me how I'm doing? Nope. Just 'Look at me and my wonderful life '...

I'm not really the jealous type. When people have something I want, I'm happy for them. I find when you keep that attitude you are a lot more likely to get the things you want. When I was a teen, I felt envy big time. My parents had all kinds of rules, that I had to follow. I was developing a lot slower then my class mates. It took me forever to get an Ipod and then a phone. I didn't even get an Iphone until I got a job and bought one myself, well all my other friends had one since middle school. Well not all, lol but a few. I had to follow a strict dress code, I wasn't allowed to have internet on the computer in my room.

Just about every time I see a nice pair of tits. They're usually very pretty and have a great shape and look. It's like if you get into someone else's car or house and notice the way they've got the interior decorated and have a strong wish to decorate yours like that. Or, somebody's wearing a nice article of clothing and you decide to get one yourself. I just don't see why guys CAN'T have tits if they want them. Is the world suddenly gonna come to an end if some guy decides to make his tits grow just because he likes the way it looks? NO, this has NOTHING to do with being trans! It's no different at all than if a dark-haired woman wears a blond wig or has her hair bleached! She wants to look blond? LET HER LOOK BLOND!! He wants to have tits? LET HIM HAVE TITS!! If he wants to be covered in tattoos, let him have that!! If he wants to grow a beard to his navel and shave his head with a sideways Mohawk, LET HIM!! Why are so many other things perfectly okay but not just that one?

I'm not really an envious person outside of this one thing that I feel like is not horrible lol. I'm human and this is an honest answer.

I'm envious of kids that have great childhoods but in a happy kind of way. It makes me smile when I see good kids with good parents doing fun things together. I didn't have that, to which I've accepted, but I would be lying if i didn't sometimes think to myself, "They're so lucky to have each other and these good times." It's never about being jealous or mad they get something I didn't, but sometimes that crosses my mind.

but the "good kind of envy" yes... I do feel that one from time to time

I envy those who live in cooler climates, in more natural environments... the ones who are closer to nature and more quiet life as well... and few other things like that, lol

Sometimes I am jealous of happy couples when feeling of being alone grows stronger inside me but ironically the situation turns into opposite when having a problematic relationship and I begin enying single people thinking that they have a clear head purified from unnecessary feelings or thoughts

Not often but when I do, it is when I see someone with a natural talent for playing music. Although I can play the notes and memorize sheet music, I cannot play by ear or improvise. It really takes some inborn talent to do that well.

I’ve only experienced it once in my life, and it was when I was extremely hormonal and emotional while pregnant with my first baby. I was very envious of a girl that I worked with.
