Yeah, physically and mentally.

Who I am mentally was set in stone a long time ago. And I haven't really changed much recently. If anything, I've become more mellow and thoughtful in the last 5 years. Less concerned about money. More concerned about my quality of life. I've really embraced minimalism.

Physically is actually funny. I was having dinner with some friends, their 2 adult children, my ex, and one of my sons a few years ago. We were all sitting around my dining room table eating and the conversation turned to how long we'd all known each other. That eventually drifted toward how we had all changed over the years with the parents lamenting getting older. Suddenly my friend's 21 year old daughter who I've known since she was born looks at me and says you haven't changed in my lifetime. You look the same as you did when I was a kid. LOL, she's right. I'm aging very differently from everyone around me. It's weird. And I don't know why. I've updated my friend group a few times over the years because my friends keep aging out of all the things I enjoy. I tend to date women 10-30 years younger because those are the women hitting on me.

Somewhat. I think for most people they change a bit every 10 years so I think I've become less naive and more wise since 29. But still have a long way to go before I become really wise. In 5 more years, I'll be 39 and I'm sure much different from where I am now or at least I hope.

I'm not. And I won't be the same 5 years from now. Life experiences and maturity make you approach things in different ways and have different points of view. Life is a learning experience and I'm grateful for that.

5 years ago was 2021 crazyy. well i feel wiser for sure. also way less tolerant of right wing stuff not to get too political on your post though. i also feel a whole lot more focused on reaching a few of my goals.

so I do feel different. but not as different as say 6-7 years ago though. a lot of changes happened in those years.

Hell NO! I am completely angry without a temper. Everything has fucked me the last FOUR years after being stabbed in my fucking back by a nephew, make that ex-nephew.
I recently discovered that he recently discovered that he has stage 4 lung cancer at 52. Poor kid!! 🫩

I’ve become one of the best versions of myself over the last five years. So blessed to have accomplished so many personal goals, even when I honestly doubted myself. Grateful for everything, and hopeful for my future endeavors.

older, lost weight by design and feel better. some exercise has helped in some areas. other areas are worse.

not as sharp in skills as used to be but energy is good or better.

more settled, less stress being married.

I think I have some of the same ethics and values that were taught to me. But five years ago I was an awkward teenager who was a virgin and who masturbated several times a day. Well at least the virgin part has changed!

I'm older & wiser, and slimmer now then I was 5 years ago, I was over 100kgs now down to 79kgs, and i've lost all my teeth and waiting 5 more months for my dentures
