What struggle did you have as a child that you overcome as an adult?

For me, it would definitely be stuttering. My stutter was so bad that I dreaded talking on the phone, even to family members. Now, I speak and enunciate clearly. I work as a customer service representative and I’m on the phone all day. 😆

I had a strong speech impediment with certain letters in switching from English to Italian where I had difficulty pronouncing s and t because my tongue would get in the way so I spoke a but like a snake... Lol!

i didn't overcome it, but i've been able to manage my OCD really well

The belief that I was unlikable. Somehow after divorcing and a couple of years of therapy I was unafraid to talk to strangers and found that I could make friends easily.
