If someone gave you a treasure map and you found the treasure what would you do with it?

A treasure map is a wonderful thing to have & finding the treasure would be something. Some say be careful what you wish for because you might just get it & others say one man’s trash is another person’s treasure & hopefully I don’t find trash.

As for treasure if we are talking gold coins & jewelry I would share part of it with the world but I would share it in an unusual way.

As for me I would journey out to a few beaches & bury a few gold coins in the sand so when some joker with a metal detector finds it I’ll smile & laugh when people start going nuts digging up the beaches to find more. In addition I would start going places & leave a coin here & there & try not to get caught.

As for the original treasure chest I would leave it where I found it & leave a few coins in it with a note that says the following. Sorry I Already Found The Treasure, here are a few coins for your trouble. As for the treasure map I would go to a public library & leave the map in an old book.

I would go out to lunch & go on vacation as well.

I think that would greatly depend on what the treasure actually is...

first... I would need to find out about that, and only then... I might decide what to do best with it, or about it

A buried treasure is dormant wealth. Worthless.
It’s only worth something once it’s circulating in a given economy.

By using the money to build up my own wealth I will inevitably supplement the income of everyone I have to deal with

Finders keepers. I'd keep it if it's a really cool and potentially useful treasure. If it's something neither cool or useful, I'd sell it and use whatever money I get from it to enhance my life in whatever way I can.
